In the most part I agree with you, how-ever in a small Company like this one there would be more personal dialogue.

If Brian was 50 years old I would agree even more. Brian is 74 and needs a complete and permanent Staff to handle the growth.
Brian has assured me he will be around to monitor and oversee.

Do you have a preference of a Preferred or Common stock offering?
Can you share any other thoughts. We are at a cross roads and it
is imperative we do something.
