GFCI has not stated how they intend to hire enough expert technicians to provide on-site maintenance of the JetMotors, so I'd say they have some work to do yet. Maybe they can lease them with nothing but a manual, but don't count on it. Perhaps even some of the Global Tools workforce can support the JetMotor (well, at least in Libya). It will certainly be an interesting ramp up if the orders are there.

Perhaps their exit strategy is to be bought out by another company with the workforce in place to provide the services needed by the rigs.
