I am wondering and incline to think there has been wrangling that may result in some internal civil litigation with ACLY members???? Not to mention the shell difficulties or indifferences. And not to mention the lease swap itself! Or maybe masc's effort for ultimate disclosure if that is in effect.

In any event, if anyone reviews PGPM's past financials they were on the upswing in growth and financial abilities until the ACLY deal. Why did the ACLY deal occur??? >>> Up-board...different market...different investor access???? Scam??? Didn't work......They look washed even though the last PR (8K) stating they would keep investors informed.

Somebody gives a crap there in any event putting out an 8K...what's the purpose???.....do we really know who even though signed by RP????

Lot's of questions...no answers! I will be around to see it play out...LOL!
