That is a rather amusing ASK, at $17, LMAO. Equally amusing, but not very funny is the current largest BID, at $0.002.
Do you have any insight into the jury trial? I do not get why they even need a jury trial for this patent lawsuit. Either the patent is valid, by way of logic and procedure/definition via the US patent office, or it is not. Why the whole dog and pony show? What are jurors going to know more about patent law and the technical specifics of the semantics used to define such technological arts than those who defined it and are currently practicing patent law and/or those experts who granted the patent in the first place?!
I don't get it.
Any new developments on the legal front of the 'other' one?
