Management has promised to become current and up-list, I.E. increase shareholder value. They have not delivered. No one asked them to do that. Point is that Sney has not made good on their promises. That is a huge problem for this company. If they treat the warrant holders the same going forward, they won't have anywhere to go for revenue. Maybe the warrant holders know something the common folk don't?
