My feeling is this is a done deal and could be annouced anyday now! I'm assuming talks have been going on for well over a month because that is when the volume exploded on the stock and why would CCE allow this first news release to hit the wire if they weren't very very close to finished. CCE wouldn't want this public then have it fall apart. Coke needs this deal badly for several reasons already mentioned on this thread and Bravo needs the money and the worldwide distribution. Hopefully we will hear something this week!
