They can have the remaining A/S (~3.5B) sitting in the treasury as restricted shares right now for all we know. Anyway you spin it, its dilution. The O/S is ~100M more than it was in the previous filing and I'll bet it'll be higher in the next one. I'm not trying to argue, but to say dilution hasn't occurred here is ridiculous when it's in print for all to see.
