I think until we see the PR from the EC we really don't know what is happening.

For Ed Sargent to say last week that the EC was happy with the DS and the mediation says a lot. I have not read all that everyone else has with in the DS because of time constraints lately but believe Ed when he says he is happy with the outcome. Which means it can't be all bad.

I am guessing alot of the issues brought up on this board are being discussed between all parties and there will be some resolution to these items soon.

I also agree with Catz that this will end in Feb and all will be done sooner rather than later.
