I hear you. I sure hope they complete this and honor all the shares they issued. They cannnot just select some shares to pay and cancel the others... why did they not release a PR on the shares when they first brought their case against this PAMCO? I have tried searching for information and have not been able to find anything about/related to this PAMCO and the particular individual CHCC is suing. Why did they go public in the first place? This attempt to screw honest shareholders is totally wrong. I called the SEC about this matter. They are waiting on a response from the company as they have commented on this merger. If I may ask...how many shares of CHCC do you own and at what cost basis? I hold 20k and based on the current pps -50%. S
