Quality Restaurant Ventures Announces Opening of New Orlando Restaurant

HEATHROW, Fla., July 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Quality Restaurant Ventures Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: QRVI - News) announced today that it has opened a new Sobiks Sub Shop restaurant at 4519 North Pine Hills Rd, in Orlando, Florida 32818. There are now over 40 locations in the popular sub chain, with several additional locations opening in the next six months.

"We are simultaneously moving Sobiks forward along several fronts," explained Dan Patterson, President of QRVI. "While we have continued to develop new franchises for our core brand, Sobiks Sub Shops, we're also expanding our Sobiks Cafe and Sobiks Express concepts as well." Sobiks has been one of Central Florida's most popular quick-serve restaurants for over 30 years, often voted in local restaurant guides and newspapers as one of the area's best fast food franchises.

Sobiks Cafes are designed to be placed in downtown office buildings and suburban commercial centers with a minimum of 90% occupancy. They are sit-down as well as take-out and delivery restaurants that generally require a smaller footprint to operate. The Sobiks Express concept is tailored for convenience stores food operations.
