ok i will try! it means you cant short the stock! try it; it will not work! if naked short not work i dont know...... the rule is if a stock goes down from start price more than 10% the restriction goes in effect! you didnt know that! it comes 2010 after bank crashes! google it if you have time! i hope its right so how i told you! now garantee look for yourselves please!!!!!!!!!!
