I totally agree. To add to your thinking; I believe a SHARE holder has the right to express his thoughts/questions/research wheather they be "+" or "-" about the company but if that person doesn't own any shares then he should keep his thoughts/Q/research to himself.
When I do my DD on a potential company to invest in, one of the things I do is to read the boards to see what the share holders think about the company/management,ect. If I had found something negative during my DD about the company I sure in the hell wouldn't post it on a board that I had no investment interest in "yet". I might ask a "Q" for info about the company, but those "Q's" wouldn't be in a "negative" tone.
IMO! There is NO valid reason why a non-share holder asking negative tone questions other than to hurt the company/share holders/PPS for their own personal gain.
I believe that "BADS" questions from the start had a negative tone, Thus my TOSS vote. JMO
P.S. this will be my first and last comment on this subject. Lets get back to constructive business.
