bsic.ob..... reviewed 10K today. Made .11eps for fye 3/31/05 and .035 for q4. In late April, second lateral of Halvorson Montana well was connected, increasing production from 180bpd to 325. Basic has 26% interest in that well. Their share will go up by 37.7bpd. Giving them the additional income for 70% of the qtr increases eps to .042 for q1 2006 ending 6/30/05.

Price increases in gas and oil should increase net further to .05eps for q1.

Closed Friday at 1.73 or less than 9 times my estimate for q1
