I wonder if "The Amazing Randi" will be in Portland, Oregon at the New Visual Corporation's shareholders meeting to watch the new and updated fake prototype appear? (That was a great description, Elder Wolf, LOL !)

Your quote just about describes and covers the sycophantic Believers of the NVEI cult sitting in the Cave of Unreality clinging to their notions as fed to them by Da Boyz.

Our cohorts here on this IHub message board have done an excellent job of unmasking the servility of this cult. Now the holders of the floorless debentures will probably finish off the operations of NVEI by unwinding the death spiral through their conversion of their bottomless-pit paper. Da Boyz and their toxic financing package have wiped out the financial resources of a lot of investors IMHO.

Anybody want to challenge my three firm opinions about NVEI?
1. The corporation is in a persistent state of dilution. From a starting point of around 26 million shares it has already reached 111 millions with 177 millions more to come followed by 350 millions with the conversions at the current share prices. That is dilution going to the max of the 500 million authorized shares. Of course, Da Boyz can always do a reverse split or authorize more shares because, it seems, nobody really cares.
2. As far as anybody can demonstrate, Embarq is etherware. It is difficult, but not impossible, to sell eitherware. Do you think our Polish Prince VP for Sales and Marketing is going to open his order book and show the assembled throng in Portland his sales data?
3. Da Boyz offered a GLIP and probably put it into play, thereby guaranteeing price protection to the favored few while diluting the holdings of the honest investor.

Ten days until the mid-week shareholders meeting in Portland where Wheels dressed in his finest Hawaiian shirt will minister to the Believers as accurately defined by James Randi.
