It seems as if some people only post to try to bring the PPS down... well, how low does this have to go before they get in and shut up? 8/10ths of 1/10 of a penny isn't low enough for them?

If their goal isn't to get in at all, then why post? I see crazy people once in a while at work, and now I guess I'm reading from them as well.
