i think your right on the O/S, the par value is .0001 per sos nevada not .001 that is shown on otcmarkets.com, must say that a volume of over 620 thousand in 1 day does seem interesting....anyhow i'll stick to the 3day rule and watch on the sidelines...one more thought, since it is now a holding corp they might be trying to buy back shares so they will no longer be a public company, just a thought.....:)
