Hi PIHN Heads, Been away for a bit took a trip to Atlanta to watch my daughter graduate! Wow Finely!!! Anyways it sure would have been nice to be able to give her a big fat check for graduation curtsy of PHIN Oh well, I have a strange feeling that this week we get what we have been waiting for, an actual closing date! Non of this before X date or within X weeks. I feel that we will actually get a true closing date and yes I think it will be after the holidays but we will have an actual date. This is just a feeling but it is the first time in a long time that I have had a good feeling about PIHN.
