FS, it's a Fair Hearing Settlement. Ironridge is just as obligated as SIAF is to the Court to make good on their arrangement.

Would appear to be a slam dunk for SIAF to have Ironridge charged w/Consequential Contempt for not meeting their obligation. I'm sure a Civil Suit would work well in SIAF's favor.

Ironridge has until the end of March (i.e. 4 months) to comply.
