Thanks for another point of view. I was under the impression that their goal was simply to reduce energy consumption. It does make sense that if their mission is to fix China's energy crisis, that energy production and energy efficiency go hand in hand.

Although, there may eventually come a point when China is producing enough energy to meet the needs of the country. At that point, CESV's energy conservation products will keep their own energy production plants from having to opperate at full production capacity because of reducing the demand of their own product by 25%. Unlikely that will happen in my lifetime, but in theory...
