lets say 12 billion shares, the bulk of the dilution was in the .0006 range, (estimate)

12 billion shares sold into the market, my estimate 75% debt went to debt holders, prior management, etc. 25% of shares sold for operating expenses, artists

.0006 (estimated selling price) x 9 billion shares = 5.4 million dollars

.0006 x 3 billion shares = 1.8 million money for artists, rent, salaries to contract employees, lawyers, entertainment, etc.

if you look at the balance sheet, where did the money go? just do the math, alot of money is hidden. My estimates are rough, but no doubt millions of dollars were made on this P+D
