This filing was discussed in the past, I believe an ihub member said they spoke with Nexcen/Global Franchise Group and the ihub member said Univec has absolutely no affiliation to Nexcen. The ihub member sent the statement to the Nexcen IR person and IR at Nexcen wanted to know why Univec was copying their filings!!! Sounded like Univec was in the wrong for making a duplicate, then rewriting it with their own info required and forgot to take out Nexcen in the filing..That's pretty shady if you ask me.
