Mr. Mitchell does not represent Michelex, he represents Dr. Darshan Shah. As a result of the reverse merger, Dr. Shah was named to Michelex' Board of Directors. He also served as an officer of the company in his role as Treasurer. On November 30, 2010, Dr. Shah resigned from the company.
Yes, we do want answers, and Michelex' Board of Directors knows that we want answers.
Michelex' lawyer is not here. Dr. Shah's attorney is here so that he can keep abreast of any information that might be posted in regards to his client. Of course, Mr. Mitchell can respond if he feels that I have misrepresented his position.
Many shareholders have communicated to Messrs. Lacle, Saleem, Syed and Kakani (i.e., Michelex' current Board of Directors) that it is in the best interest of all involved parties if they resign so that a new board can be constituted and new officers elected. At this point in time, I don't think that shovels and torches are required. In fact, I would advise against using shovels and torches at any time. If the impasse between Michelex and Pristine Pharma Corporation is not resolved expeditiously, shareholders will have ample opportunities to take legal action, if appropriate. For the time being, it is my opinion that both sides should attempt to negotiate in good faith.
