Eliminating the dividend at this point would kill all credibility. IMO it's essential that it be maintained. I think we are now experiencing the after-affects of the Lebed debacle--short-term traders clearing out.

I also find the PE's that different Chinese cos. trade at completely opaque. It may have no relation to rationality at all but simply be technical.
