I am definately not an expert, still learning a lot, but my understanding is that it based on "5% ownership in a company" I calculated that based on the authorized 3 billion shares, although I I don't think those have been issued, so I am not really sure how they would calculate. SHORT ANSWER: I really don't have a friggin clue, and that is a long way away for me at either number.
