he does not, he is just not smart.... in pink land you can make a choice, make a real deal, or make it a paper company, There were a few that wanted a real company, and when they were blocked they left... and the way i hear it he started laying low getting other to do his biding, And now the only thing they can do is sell the shell, but i would think there are not many that would want it with the baggage that would follow, There are some real good share holders here, just we all got sucked in to a bad deal, It is kinda of funny c and family kind is hiding under a rock, and now james is, but if the company is not carry insurance, i would not be surprised for a share holder to sue them on a personal level...
