That is a standard line you will find in the annual and quarterly reports of any bb listed company.

RAYS has a very strong cash position and does not need to issue shares like most on this exchange to fund operations. I don't see ANY dilution happening in the foreseeable future.

The LACK of shares in the public domain will affect "us" longs sure enough, but in a very positive way.
