Unfortunately their will be no merger with Vesta. The DD has been completed and both companies have agreed to continue operating independently. Hopefully we will be updated.

Looks like we are going to go alone. Not really sure what is happening with the new structure. My gut feeling something is not going as planned. This is IMO!

P.S. I wonder how long before Friedman does a PR on this.
