BOOM! RAYS right back at the day's highs! Any chance of seeing RAYS under $1 came and went in a few fleeting moments this Monday IMO. It’s all upwards from here. RAYS has formed a very strong base over $1 and it’s just a matter of time before we make a strong move to the upside.

I suspect current levels will look like bargain basement prices by the middle of next week. Of course any significant contract announcement and RAYS moves right back to all time highs in a heartbeat.
