Majobuki: volume is so light here that you can't really pay much attention to bid/ask prices as meaning much, since it only takes 5,000 shares to change either one.
With $200 plus commission, I can change the bid price by offering to buy 5,000 shares at just over current bid, or change the ask by offering to sell 5,000 at just under the current ask.
If I needed a quick tax loss sale, as some folks do this time of year, I might be willing to take $180, rather than $200, just to get the sale done. Only a $20 difference to me, but it makes the ask go down.
