I dont believe that, for the most part. Usually it is what it shows, at least when I have watched it and used it for my trades. But will concede there are times it is "questionable". The recent rule change has made it much easier to trade successfully with Level 2, you agree?

Usually the fluctuations are when impatient traders keep changing their orders.
