Selling of Settlement Shares:

Here is an excellent point in terms of the selling of settlement shares - How is it possible to put those shares in to a brokerage account so fast considering the shares were just VERY recently awarded? The shares may be delivered but they are certainly not being sold this quickly! The Plaintiffs know the stock has a potential to go higher so again, why would they sell now even if they could?

History does in fact repeat itself.
