c is a control freak, he tried to keep his thumb on those guys, even if it hurt the company, he only cares about him self, using guilt trips on people, poor me, I did nothing wrong, clear down to i have a drinking problem and am going to AA... The shares he has, brother and family do not deserve them, and only destroy share holders value....
