Why do they need to burn through another 450 million shares if they bought trace for 250,000$ and biofrontera deal for 1.96 million$ seems fishy to me. They now have 5 million left and no other deals something is very wrong! And they are buying put options on their own stock convertible debenutures this is not looking too good.
They even said they may run out of cash before the 2 years are up! I would run from a company with that kind of report!
