Yes you can do T/A in penny land *IF* you have volume! My view is not penny flipping, rather mid-long term hold.

Look how high the volume is compared to the last 5 months!
We closed above the 20DMA today for the first time since August.
Chaulkin Money Flow is about to turn positive!
Accum/Dist and OBV is strongly turning positive!
We are sitting at $0.0005 which is a weak resistance line.
Next resistance is at $0.001 and also is weak.
The next major resistance point will be $0.004.
