Seriously not a single thing - but what say 12 empty promises and an empty half painted office suite paid for with our dumped cash .....

If a guy promised to mow your lawn 12 weeks in a row and didnt you would fire him ...... If you gave a guy 300k dollars and he made 12 empty promises what should you do in that case ?
