Your right on both points. Normally 10Q is due 45 days after end of qtr. If its falls at fiscal year end i was told it could be included in 10K without penalty.
I was hoping that the 10Q could have been released as normal time frame as most companies do. If it was encouraging in anyway or offered any clarity in share structure it might would have been beneficial rather than waiting another 45 days. Sort of sends a signal that it wasnt good enough to merit doing that. Hope thats not the case.
Im thinking due to holidays around Jan.2nd it will be a Marketwire pr.
