Here's how I see it. The Stock is a Penny Stock with many millions of shares outstanding. The company is overvalued and will be even more over valued if it were to list again and the stock price rises. Right now the company is in a position to sale the lapboard and make a profit and even sell the company to another company who might see value. The current owners and only the owners will possible see a payback. The share holder rolled the dice on a penny stock and lost. It's time to move on.
