"Treaty is working closely with all departments of the Belize government to assure our compliance with their regulations. Regulations in Belize for drilling are significantly different than here in the States and we must proceed cautiously. Regulations for Safety, Reporting, and Technical requirements are not necessarily outlined in detail as we move into the exploration phase. We continue to move forward, adapting immediately to situations as they are brought to our attention."

This reads to me like when in Rome, do as the Romans do and as they tell you to do. Which of course, TECO will want to comply and get along with all the Belize government authorities so they can complete a successful mission, and in which that mission will hopefully last for many years of fruitful oil production and assistance to the people of Belize through potential jobs, housing, services and products sold to TECO employees over time. Forge ahead TECO, and GLTA. What this also means is that TECO investors should read some of the BNE PR's or postings which may alert our readers that it does take more time in Belize to drill a well than it does say in Texas, or Louisiana, or other US states. So be it. A little patience here will be beneficial to those who are long.
