A lie is an intentional mistruth or IMHO, an intentional misdirection. Is the clown incompetent? No doubt, but a liar, no.

Unfortunately, we still don't know what the situation is. As Greenburg said, there is less transparency than previously. This is suspicious to me. But, according to that report other analysts have found what may be modest drop-off is sales, and your opinion, which I read a few posts back

seems to be that sales of the machines and the coffee is doing very well.

Bottom line, I'm suspicious, but IMHO there is nothing definitive.
