I think that if I were you, I would still do the transfer. I expect to eventually have my shares back into either my old account or my new Fidelity account. So far there hasn't been any doubt from anyone that I own the shares, it is just a problem of Penson not delivering. I would hate to have my shares in an account that doesn't allow me to trade, if or when HNSS decides to move up. It is better to get it sorted out now, while the stock is low.
