They won't answer. This is from the facebook page from back in March:

"@Slava...I think an explanation and some foresight into the reasoning for this would be in order in respect for the shareholders. Doing a 1-200 reverse split behind our backs is quite insidious to me. Wouldn't you agree? Blind faith in any company is a foolish endeavor in my opinion. Why weren't we informed and why is everything such a secret? Major RED Flags in my opinion."

As recent press releases show, significant progress has been made on the sales and product adoption of the VeraTemp non contact thermometer. We regret that there is stockholder frustration over the perceived lack of information. However, ASR and its executives cannot respond to individuals independently.
