Thanks for checking in with Vizzeco. I recently got in touch with the CEO and CFO and they both said that things are still happening. The CFO was working on some "paperwork" and the CEO continues to have weekly meetings with everyone involved.

Hopefully we'll have closing in 2011.

Anyone know if there are tax implications of a deal like this closing in Q4 versus Q1 if the company fiscal year follows calendar year ?
