There was a settlement made so the obvious "thrown out, non issue and non affecting lawsuit" must have been something for MMTE to settle rather than have their day in court.

The settlement was made for shares rather than cash which was probably a better choice for Liebs - the shares from my understanding were very recently received.

History does in fact repeat itself.
