dAVE - FANTASTIC POST- This is important:
"Relationships with Harvest Pak and the marketing of 8 sauces under the legendary name of Joe DiMaggio gives them an opportunity to expand into grocery stores, hospitals, schools etc... This is not their core business its just more irons in the fire. I expect many other exciting surprises from this extraordinary management team." - Dave

What investors should realize is the amount of talent collected here. Look at the PR introducing President Chef Jonathan. Yale grad, businessman, was trained by one of the top chefs in the world, worked at one of the top restaurants in NYC. And, this guy is still young with tons of upside. I called him on a Sunday. The guy was at the office on a Sunday. He also gave me his private cell to call him on wekends if I wanted to. How many presidents of these types of companies do that - not many. I am not even mentioning Joe Jr. This guy could probably put his name on just about anything that was good and it would have instant recognizability. Like you Dave, I also am expecting many exciting surprises. The farm purchase assuming that happens was a complete surprise. This is yet another reason why they have been "saving" PR's. Why waste them whn the stock is still pink without an application into the SEC. The SEC can approve this in a month if all goes well, or up to 6 under worse case. I am thinking 1-2, but its anyone's guess. I am guesing less than more because of the law firm that put this together. And, you are also right about the Dot.Com bust. Remember that one Super Bowl that had just about every commerical dot.com? I do not think that many survived and they were paying $1 million for 30 seconds on the Super Bowl ads. Plus, the company relied too much on the Internet instead of chef-chef relationships and too much on costly inventory, etc. Great learning experience. I cannot tell you the number of businessman that have first failed only to learn from their mistakes to make themselves unbelievably rich. The list is long. One of the biggest is Hilton - read his story. Another is Trump and still another is Berg, and Sobrato. The list goes on. ANd, how many actors made it big, flopped, then made huge comebacks. Travolta and Nickelson are two that come to mind. So, I am real glad that whoever brought up the Freshnex question did so, as it really is important to realize how IVFH will succeed....
