I saw on another graph where this stock was inched up just a bit. Gov Brown was saying 2020. Thats a long ways off. IMHO 2-3 yrs off for this stock to really move, is what I read. I'l be retired by then. But this might be a supplemental piece of it. Green Baby, Green.
