So what if it's unusual? It's UNUSUALLY BENEFICIAL for KBLB!:

It massively reduces dilution. In TWO ways!

1) If KBLB had done the USUAL cash up front for shares up front deal it would have received ONE CENT for the shares.

Because of the periodic withdrawal it's received over 7 cents/share for virtually all of them (and sometimes considerably more).

2) because KBLB withdraws money only when and if it needs it, it didn't use all of the money allowed by the first agreement in the period allowed. That's yet more dilution avoided.

So WHAT, pray tell, is bad about "unusual"?!

Gimme MORE of it! (Oh, yeah: we already have more of it! The agreement was renewed.)
