I didn't see his speech at the shareholder farce, which I assume is what you are talking about. Listen I'm not here to defend anybody in particular. I just think that some people on this board post stuff that is inaccurate and I don't find that particularly useful or necessary. Opinions are one thing, but blanket false statements are another, especially when anybody can do a little research. If it supports you so be it, I'm just showing you that the company issued an SEC document stating Williams was appointed by the BOD. I do not have any information otherwise. If people have information out there post the links.
