I agree... have said that already... that they've postured this, along with all the crap in California, the "records" issue, etc., while hoping that it would serve as a distraction from the issues in relation to the management of things in Texas...
I don't think that effort has fooled anyone, though...
What will happen in Texas... Delaware... or California... all remains to be seen...
I have no clue what to expect next....
I don't agree with others that "its over" on that date, if there is an ongoing fraud that has been operated, intending to posture all these distractions while expecting that would enable them in delivering "nothing" for the court to see on or before the deadline... ???
But, there is a deadline and it matters...
It's just not the only thing that matters... even if they DO almost exactly mimic the effort made in 2006 with the "no show"... with a comparable "failure to perform" now ?
