Dilution is not always bad. The market cap on this stock is so low, it is a joke. The company needs to survive to see revenue. The shares are priced for bankruptcy and it is becoming clear the company will not go BK. This alone will cause the PPS to rise significantly. Next all we need to see is revenue to get to a realistic market cap and PPS. A 52 week high of $0.12 is not a pipe dream, it can happen if the company executes even slightly.
