Up until this stock, I would have said that it is possible in certain circumstances, but this one has a huge difference from other DTCC chilled stock. It has support from several large brokerages in this particular chill, up until THRA the only self clearing brokerage that had an established policy for non DTCC elligible stock was Penson and recently Ameritrade. But this one here has many that have imposed their own chill which further limits the trading. You could see spikes in volume on other stocks with even a bump in PPS, but with less participants trading stock here, it is just a matter of time before flatline.
